Currently in course of preparation this was commissioned by the Department of Social Development and Ards Borough Council. Although a non-statutory document it will help to guide the future regeneration of Comber for the next 10-15 years.

CRCP has also been invited by the Council to be represented on the Comber Town Steering Group overseeing preparation of the Master Plan.
